Etsimme ongelmanratkaisusta kiinnostunutta henkilöä, joka rakastaa asiakaspalvelua Työtehtäviin kuuluu pääosin asiakkaiden avustaminen puhelimen, sähköpostin ja chatin välityksellä. Asiakkaamme on maailmanlaajuinen yritys, ja avustamme heidän asiakkaitaan erilaisten tuotteiden kanssa, joihin lukeutuvat muun muassa kodinelektroniikka, älypuhelimet sekä TV-tuotteet.
Viihtyäksesi roolissa tulee sinun ensisijaisesti olla halukas ratkaisemaan ongelmia. Olet rauhallinen, hyvä kuuntelija sekä täsmällinen. Tulet kommunikoimaan erilaisten asiakkaiden kanssa, joten on tärkeää, että olet luonteeltasi empaattinen ja kärsivällinen. Työskentelemme kohti erilaisia tavoitteita, joten meille on tärkeää, että olet vastuuntuntoinen sekä hyvä työskentelemään ryhmässä.
Kyky työskennellä arkisin 07.00–19.00 (paikallista aikaa) ja viikonloppuisin paikallista aikaa). Palvelemme asiakkaitamme vuoden jokaisena päivänä, mukaan lukien pyhät.
