  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for SAP ERP or improvement projects.
  • Support the management of the ecosystem where ERP is central/impact on SAP.
  • To lead development in system and organizational structure for SAP competence.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing ERP systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP ERP modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP ERP solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and resolve any issues or defects.
  • Provide end-user training and support to SAP ERP.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP ERP features, improvements, and industry trends to provide mentorship and recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously supervise and evaluate system performance, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing required changes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability as an ERP specialist, with a focus on SAP ERP.
  • Solid grasp and expertise in SAP ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Good communication and ineterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business and multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
