- Collaborate with the R&D and Engineering teams to develop innovative hardware solutions for agriculture applications
- Assist in the design and prototyping of new products, considering factors such as user needs, functionality, reliability, and environmental protection
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends to inform product development
- Create and maintain design documentation, including sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials selection
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
- Open to learning by doing in an international environment
