    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    As Brand Experience Project Manager your main contribution will be to create and contribute to Acne Studios customer experience through visual installations and displays. You will manage multiple projects of different sizes at the same time and provide valuable operational support to the concept team. You will report to Head of Visual & Brand Experience. You will play a vital role by:

    • Manage seasonal budget and project planning, closely collaborating with the marketing department to ensure alignment with creative and activation calendar.
    • Collaborate on concept and design development of visual installations and displays.
    • Manage production, procurement and delivery of windows/ installations globally in collaboration with global suppliers and contractors to ensure alignment with in-house creative expectations.
    • Oversee the installation and snagging of windows and installations and promotional events both in store and externally. Ensuring a high standard of execution.
    • Oversee execution of both in house, and outsourced production contractors. Management of project budgets, expenses and invoice processes.
    • Manage project workflow, from concept design to installation. Organization of timeline and calendars.
    • Organize logistics of international freights for displays, visual collateral transfers and new productions.

    • Project management experience and ability to manage assorted projects simultaneously

    • Managing relationships with artists, contractors & suppliers
    • Managing timelines & budgets to deliver projects on time & within budget
    • Effective & efficient communication with line manager on current focus, priorities, and current workload

    Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

    • Relevant brand or agency Retail Design experience
    • Well proven experience in product handling and hands on experience of merchandising product
    • Design/ fashion education preferable
    • Passionate about Retail Design and visual arts
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft
    • Fluent in English
