- Coordinate the collection, assigning and follow up of internal and external customer complaint cases.
- Coordinate the resolution of complaint cases across the value chain (customer, technical support, after sales, failure analytics)
- Support the organization to manage quality issues, incoming inspections and to lead quality improvement activities as and when required.
- Coordinate, report and analyze opportunities from the cost of poor quality (COPQ) reporting and other metrics as inputs to our process owners and improvement projects.
- Lead improvement- or process development projects as part of our continuous improvement program.
- Maintenance and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist, plan and execute internal audits,
- Assist in reporting monthly Quality KPI's.
- Can perform 8D /RCAs for quality issues, PFMEA
- Promoter of a positive and proactive quality culture within our unit
- Provide support for external certifications, customer, and supplier audits
- High degree of social skills in combination with an analytical and proactive mindset
- Experience of hands-on, detailed quality work in projects or within a product-based business.
- Has worked near production to understand issues related to production processes.
- Solid knowledge of document systematic and documentation handling
- Experience of internal and external auditing, preferable trained as internal auditor within ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Good leadership skills – you make it happen
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field
- Fluency in English: written and spoken. Knowledge in Swedish is meritorious.
- Working knowledge of MS tools (Outlook, Word, Excel , teams etc. )
