Working as a Engineer Manufactor

You will primarily work with Process & Production Technical preparation and improvement work in order to streamline and quality assure current and future production.

The work includes:

Develop and participate in improvement work with a focus on process, product and technology.

Participate in customer projects, from tool specification to approved full-beat test with respect to product and tool.

Independent responsibility in solutions of tooling, fixture-related/process & production related problems with both customer and supplier.

Running projeckt in the procurement of new equipment.

Be responsible for mapping and conducting time studies on process sections in order to identify improvement opportunities and update our product specifications.

Benchmarking with respect to product and process.

Responsible for parts of the competence development at Tekniker etc.

Contact with external contractors or machine suppliers.

Be able to independently run projects or participate in a project group.

Follow the parts of the management system that affect this function.

Prepare investment requests, according to the budget.

Implement process FMEA and flow plans.

Drive and participate in improvement work such as Six Sigma, VEVA, M3 Kaisen, 5S and TPM.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, both spoken and written. Used to working with PC and the various Office programs.

You also have a production engineering education or equivalent. Preferably a technical college.

It is an advantage if you have experience in project management and some kind of leadership training.

As a person, I am interested in technology, driven and committed. You have experience in the engineering industry and are a team player.
