Our Doppelherz and Protefix brands occupy leading positions in their respective markets and are sold to end consumers in Germany and abroad via pharmacies, drugstores, hypermarkets and e-commerce. Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Telephone and on-site support for users from the various departments with hardware and software problems in first and second level support
• Independent resolution of incoming requests via the OTRS ticket system
• Technical support for our field service in case of problems with tablets and an MS Dynamics CRM application
• Troubleshooting of client hardware problems (thin client, PC, notebook, tablet, etc.)
• Support for problems with user software (Windows, MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM, SAP, etc.)
• Taking over administrative tasks in the Active Directory

Your profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist / IT business administrator or comparable training
• Professional experience in the area described above would be desirable, but is not a mandatory requirement
• Experience in the Windows client-server environment
• Initial experience in the areas of Exchange, MS Office, administration, terminal servers and VMware would be advantageous
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills, work independently and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
