    Areim is an independent Nordic fund manager and property owner, founded and headquartered in Stockholm with offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and London.     The role
    We are seeking a business minded and team-oriented Investment Professional to join our Transaction team at Areim. The team works with acquisitions, sales and investment in already owned properties. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate closely with the entire team in both Sweden and the rest of the Nordics.

    The role includes a broad scope within real estate private equity, including investment activities, as well as fund-raising activities. The position is based in Stockholm where you report to Head of Investment Sweden.

    Key responsibilities and tasks

    • Contribute to the sourcing of relevant investments for Areim
    • Together with relevant deal team carry out acquisitions and sales processes
    • Financial modelling for analysis and evaluation of potential investments
    • Preparing presentation materials in ppt, for example regarding different investment decisions
    • Supporting Areim's investor relations team in potential fundraising processes
    • Carrying out market, company and property analysis
    • Modelling and analysis of value creating initiatives in existing investments

    Qualification and suitable background

    • Business minded team player with a drive for success
    • A problem-solver with an analytical mindset
    • University degree (MSc) preferably in finance, business, or engineering
    • At least 3-5 years of full-time experience from real estate, management consulting, finance, or investment banking
    • Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365, specifically in Excel (cash flow modelling, IRR- and NPV calculations), Word and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication abilities in both English and Swedish, encompassing both written and verbal skills
