På HiQ söker vi efter erfarna Backend-utvecklare som tror precis som vi, att världen kan bli lite enklare och roligare med hjälp av teknik.

Hos oss kommer du att få arbeta med de senaste teknikerna inom utveckling och vara på uppdrag som är matchande mot din profil. Det kan vara allt från innovationsprojekt till att bygga system som skapar värde för samhället. Du kommer själv vara delaktig i att välja uppdrag där du utvecklas. Vi arbetar i agila team med erfarna kollegor inom utveckling, design, UX/UI och kommunikation.

Våra projekt är både in-house såväl som direkt hos våra kunder i deras team. Oavsett vilket kommer du få ansvar och möjlighet att påverka ditt arbete för att hela tiden utveckla dig själv och oss som bolag.

You are: Innan du joinar vårt team vill vi att du har följande med dig:

Plus fyra års erfarenhet av ex av och Java eller C# .NET. och erfarenhet från Cloudmiljöer, AWS eller Azure. Vi är flexibla när det gäller språk då vi vill att du skall utvecklas inom det område du tycker är kul. Däremot är det superbra att du pratar och skriver svenska & engelska, helt enkelt för att våra kunder kräver det.

You Get: Tillsammans består vi idag av ca 2000 HiQare i fyra länder. Hos oss hittar du allt från marknadens vassaste utvecklare, testare och hackers, till projektledare, agila coacher och designers. Även om våra kompetenser är många och olika så har vi mycket gemensamt – vi tycker om att driva utveckling, att förbättra och förenkla och framför allt – att ha kul på vägen

HiQ är kulturdrivet, inte regelstyrt, och det gör att man kan vara sig själv till 100%. En följd av det är att man som HiQ:are tar sitt jobb seriöst, men inte alltid sig själva :) Det som genomsyrar oss all är viljan och ambitionen att bidra till att göra världen lite bättre med hjälp av teknik och kommunikationslösningar som förenklar människors liv. På riktigt.
