Procurement Excellence to Adapteo, Stockholm

Adapteo is seeking a committed Procurement Excellence to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and change management, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.

The role involves tracking procurement goals and managing a substantial amount of data related to the procurement process. Additional responsibilities include driving strategic work to harmonize and optimize the procurement process, conducting market analyses to implement new processes and tools, and sharing best practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the implementation of activity-based pricing
• Tracking progress in procurement initiatives at the group level and across business units
• D digitization of procurement activities
• Sharing best practices
• Driving and actively participating in cross-functional improvement projects

The successful candidate will report to the VP of Group Procurement and will be responsible for some travel, estimated at approximately once every other month.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant university or college education in economics or science, along with experience in change and project management of cross-functional, international transformation or implementation projects. Experience in cost-saving analysis and working with KPIs is also essential. Fluency in English is required, with Swedish being an advantage.
