- Measure, report, and communicate learnings on company performance, providing teams with ownership and actionable insights for improvements.
- Proactively challenge business performance and practices, creating hypotheses, experiments and tests that will drive the right change at the right pace.
- Perform end-to-end analyses on customer segments and deliver insights for optimizing our growth strategies
- Work closely together with other analysts, data scientists, engineers as well as decision makers across the business.
- Present and lead analytical discussions, from funnel performance to pricing strategies, shedding light on product and market performance
- You have a master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of experience working with analytics in an agile setting
- Strong business acumen
- Great communication skills, in writing a well as verbal in Swedish and English
- Experience in SQL, python or R
- You excel at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
