- Decide and execute the company's overall tech strategy and architecture in order to develop the current tech stack.
- Provide thought leadership on how we should develop our platforms, as well as overall technology infrastructure.
- Set goals for the engineering team in delivering high quality products and technology on time.
- Set team structure, with the main focus being recruiting new engineers, providing standards of excellence for the team as well as mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Work with the team to review and improve software development processes and scalability challenges.
- Be a key part of operational development work and make sure the company maintains a high velocity and delivers on strategic and tactical goals.
- You can handle both strategic and operational level which means that you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. You value openness and transparency and are used to giving and receiving feedback on a daily basis.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven and restless.

Practicalities
The position is located in Southern Sweden, and you will be working from our office in Ängelholm and Malmö. We have a hybrid working model, meaning that you can mix working from the office and your home. You will have colleagues all over the world, but your closest colleagues will be located in Sweden and Hungary.
