Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Advise our clients in the implementation and scaling of process automation solutions with a focus on Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  
• Contribute to overall Roboyo thought leadership and growth strategies as well as shape the future of Roboyo Nordics
  
• Be a visible leader in our Consulting P ractice and support the strategic and operational development and growth of our consulting organization in the Nordics
  
• Develop longterm client relationships and help drive the business development and sales process for both new and existing clients
  
• Lead and deliver large complex client engagements with focus on (automation) operating model intelligent automation strategy and process optimization
  
• Provide strategic advisory services to g uide our clients to identify automation opportunities evaluate the associated added value for our clients and assist in development of their automation roadmap.
  
• Managing a team of around 10 people to help them scope plan execute and deliver client engagements
  
• Coach and mentor junior consultants
  
• Travel and meetings with customers as needed
  

Requirements

Experience skills and qualities you ll need to do what you love at Roboyo:

• The ideal candidate will be curious analytical an d confident with a natural entrepreneurial drive to find solutions and overcome obstacles
  
• Bachelor s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record. MBA and/or Advanced degree is preferred
  
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience including 4 years experience in a consulting environment with business development and delivery responsibilities
  
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  
• Ability to project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with Clevel executives
  
• Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
  
• Enjoy building teams based on interpersonal values and transparent communication
  
• Strong understanding operation optimization process analysis process modelling or process automation
  
• Experience in one of the following industries is advantageous : Retail manufacturing pharmaceutical Production industries.
  
• Experience in building advanced concepts in Power Point and through storytelling engage the client
  
• Willingness to travel as required as required
  
• Native Swedish good English
