As a Backend Product Owner, you will be managing two passionate, skilled, cross-functional teams that are responsible for developing the back-end aspects of our ecosystem for digital twins. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation working with user needs, defining product features, and prioritising tasks for the backend development teams. Your primary focus will be on creating a secure, stable, flexible and powerful platform that will support our international expansion.

As a Backend Product Owner at Twinfinity you will be

• Collaborating with internal and external parties to analyse user needs
• Collaborating closely with our development teams and stakeholders
• Help our customer get more value out of their real estate data
• Mentoring and coaching our backend developers and site reliability engineers
• Working closely with our development teams to plan work and ensure delivery
• Ensuring we focus our attention on what is most important for our customers and for our business
• Following ideas from conception to fully realised customer solutions
• Helping align the work done across multiple teams
• Helping us innovate and improve how we work

Examples of valuable skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in backend development.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies such as C#, C++, Python, Java,
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack).
• Knowledge and experience in Sharepoint technologies as a developer.
• Experience in building scalable and fault tolerant infrastructure solutions that spans countries and continents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Sharp analytics and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to effectively collect and manage partially competing requests and based on them create and argue a cohesive plan that is aligned with the capabilities of the organisation
• Written and spoken English and Swedish

We have an entrepreneurial culture and consists of about 30 employees, most of whom are at our office in Göteborg but also located in Stockholm, Norrköping and elsewhere in Sweden.
