- Define the vision, roadmap, and goals for the platform and align with the business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Manage the demand, prioritization, and delivery of platform features and enhancements.
- Ensure common architecture is agreed upon and honored by all teams working with services of the Qbtech platform.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the quality, performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Monitor and measure the platform's usage, performance, and value and report on the key metrics and outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize any issues or risks that affect the platform's availability and reliability.
- Communicate and promote the platform's value proposition and best practices to internal and external users and customers.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities to improve the platform and its capabilities.
- Break down high level requirements into well defined feature requirements / epics / user stories together with product owners, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Participate / lead certain Agile processes from the platform standpoint.
- Strong knowledge of the platform's domain, architecture, technologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric and data-driven mindset and approach.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience of working with service provisioning for at least one of the following cloud services platforms; AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
- Prior experience in MedTech/HealthTech industry, preferably on a software medical device.
- Experience from working with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in writing API requirements and specifications.
- Able to break down business logic into a Domain Driven Design.
- A practitioner of modern product development best practices (lean & agile principles).
- Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 13485 and ISO 27001)
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in platform management, product management, software development, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English.

Qbtech is present in 14 countries with offices in Stockholm, London and Houston. Over the next years, Qbtech will make significant investments into new products, technologies and people to further strengthen their services and product offerings with the aim of building an ecosystem with solutions for providers, clinicians and patients.
About the role
A Platform Owner is a senior leader who is responsible for the strategic direction, value creation, and maintenance of Qbtech platform services. The Platform Owner shall manage the Qbtech platform according to the company strategy and market needs.
