Role Description
As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the voice of our brand, assisting and engaging with our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure our customers have the best possible experience. Worried about the distance? No need You'll be working remotely from home until it's time to relocate to sunny Greece.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Valid European Union passport or equivalent
• Comfortable working with customers and providing excellent service
