    BearingPoint Sweden is growing, and we are looking for Management consultants to join our Data & Analytics Team in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

    Your role

    Our Data & Analytics team combines broad business understanding with technical expertise to help our clients make data-driven decisions. As a future colleague, you will advise business leaders and create plans for data-driven initiatives and investments. You will seek to find technical and organizational solutions that support strategic decision-making and work on implementing those solutions in various projects together with an awesome team of BearingPoint colleagues.

    The projects range from strategy and advisory to hands-on development of D&A solutions. We help our clients define a D&A strategy, organize their D&A capabilities, and implement data platforms and analytical solutions. We translate business goals into data needs and work on implementing those solutions. The analytical work ranges from business intelligence reports and dashboards to statistical analyses and machine learning. Thus, the role will involve a mix of advisory work and hands-on technical tasks.

    You will work with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, and you will have access to experts throughout our international community of consultants. Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager, and we arrange lots of trainings and fun social events. All while learning other exciting aspects of being a consultant at BearingPoint.

    What we are looking for in our new colleagues.

    We are looking for 2 new colleagues with roughly 3-7 years of experience. Maybe you have a background as a developer and have now started working as a project manager, or a business consultant with an interest in tech and digital tools who like experimenting with data. You should have a good understanding of business processes, and experience with data collection, transformation, and analysis.

    Some experience coding is needed, e.g. in SQL, Python, or R, and have built BI dashboards and statistical models using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. To aid day-to-day business activities, some proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint is needed.

    You will manage projects in both the private and public sectors; therefore, it is a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written). You must also hold a master's degree in a relevant field.
