ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Agent for the Central Europe markets you will support customers mainly over phone and email. You will help GANTS customers before during and after a purchase on MondayFriday 918. It is possible to work both half days and full days. You will be the first personal contact point to the brand. During summer and winter sale periods there is an opportunity to work fulltime too.
Prior to the shifts you will receive a 2 weeks onboarding which will take place during the usual office hours MondayFriday 917.

WHO ARE YOU
To be successful in this role we believe that you speak the German language fluently. A requirement is also in addition to the German language that you can speak fluently in Spanish or Portuguese.It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service or working in digital platforms.
