    Preferred qualifications

  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar models
  • Experience in optimising cost and performance when developing features backed by an LLM. eg. Vector databases, RAG, etc
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and text representation methods.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain and openAPIs
  • Experience with our backend technology stack. NodeJS, typescript and PostgreSQL
  • Ability to translate complex models into scalable and robust product features.
  • Rigorous experimentation and evaluation methodology
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking

    • You will

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate LLMs into new and existing products.
  • Design and develop scalable machine learning solutions to improve user experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership and make architectural decisions for the machine learning components.
  • Contribute to the development of our machine learning strategy.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in LLMs and machine learning.
