- Oversee the financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Own and develop product based investment calculation to drive optimizations and KPI tracking towards company OKRs
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates, calculations and information for data-based decision making
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company and innovate ways for Finance to optimize income for the company
- Stay up to date with technological advances and related software and automations to be used for financial purposes
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Experience with FAS and IFRS practise is a plus
- Proven experience in leading Finance and enabling business performance as part of senior management
- Strong understanding of how a business operates, achieves sustainable growth and successful strategies in the financial industry
