    Your future responsibilities


    You will join KYC Change Management. KYC Change Management is a part of Know Your Customer in Group Financial Crime Prevention, driving and delivering KYC Solutions across business areas and countries as one of the Top Priority areas of Nordea. You will be working with highly competent people in an agile, energetic and dynamic organisation. We support each other globally and create sustainable solutions within the area at hand.


    What you will be doing:

    You will be taking the role as a Senior Product Manager in the KYC area in KYC HUB for Business Change teams, driving requirements and design work for the Global KYC Solution.

    Your responsibility will include but not be limited to:

    • Set clear directions and prioritization on what value we need to deliver, and collaborate with the team and stakeholders to find the best solutions
    • Create and own the team backlog, and be responsible for maximising the value of the product and development commitment
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage internal and external dependencies and prioritise the backlog accordingly
    • Proactively work with the other product owners/managers
    • Map out the dependencies and sequencing them, ensure that features go-live smoothly and successfully
    • There is a potential that you will have line management responsibility

    This role will cover teams working on Business Requirements, Data Analytics, Data Strategy, Operational Readiness and Epic Delivery.

    Your profile and background:

    • Are innovative and excited about bringing your ideas to the table
    • Are comfortable in prioritising and decision making in complex and sometimes technical delivery settings
    • Documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
    • Experience of 10+ years as Product Manager, Project Manager or Product Owner, operating within large scale transformation programmes or within a BAU delivery hub, within large organisations. Extensive and senior experience will be an advantage
    • You are expected to be able to present summarised information on plans and areas for decisioning to senior managers and in governance forums
    • Previous experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe is a must, using Jira as the primary planning tool
    • You have had line management responsibility and have a track record of leading teams, motivating through enthusiasm to deliver and celebrating shared success
    • Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions)
    • Professional, organised, and structured in approach and work produced to a high quality of standard, and you always strive to find the solution that is best for the bank
    • As the work covers all geographies you can expect that there will be a small amount of travel within the Nordics and Poland
    • Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as a minimum
    • Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing)


    The role is based in Sweden, Finland, Estonia or Poland.
