    In Wound Care at Mölnlycke, we aspire to free patients from the burden of their wounds by helping to prevent, manage, and accelerate the healing of wounds.

    Our innovative NPWT – Negative Pressure Wound Therapy portfolio plays a crucial role in acute wound management, and we're looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive its success.

    As a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for driving strategic initiatives, you'll be leading our Global Marketing efforts for the NPWT portfolio within the Acute Wound Management & Healing Patient Journey Area.

    You'll be joining a successful company to match your own ambitions, and it will be your responsibility to:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for the NPWT portfolio
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective deployment of marketing strategies
  • Drive revenue growth and market share through innovative marketing initiatives
  • Develop evidence-based value propositions and pricing strategies
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance through key metrics

  • Master's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales within the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of success in strategic marketing and portfolio management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Travel Availability: willingness to travel frequently
