    Tender Manager / Tender Engineer (m/f/d)

    What you will do:

  • Management of tender process and creation of necessary documents (specification of services, time schedule, resource estimation, construction site facility plan, implementation organization, implementation concept) of small to mid-size projects in the field of infrastructure
  • Monitoring tender processes and deadlines
  • Leading the prequalification process up to the preparation/submission of the offer
  • Setting up and review of cost estimations and project budgets
  • Flagging any challenges or risks to the appropriate stakeholders within the tender process and
  • initiate corrective actions where necessary
  • Review and coordinate any documents presented by clients
  • Monitor tender platforms and identify all possible opportunities
  • Interface to sales during acquisition and to project management when an order is received,
    central contact for all specialist departments involved in the project
  • What we're looking for?

  • Studies in civil engineering at a technical college or university, through practical work experience
  • professional experience in tender management/coordination
  • Minimum 5 years of expertise in preparing offers and handling projects
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
  • Well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Swedish, English high-level desirable.
  • Profound handling of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana) and iTWO or
  • similar desirable
