    The FICC business area provides top-ranked analysis, advisory, execution, and trading, structured around the asset classes: foreign exchange, fixed income, and commodities.

    We are seeking a Senior XVA Trader to join SEB's XVA desk, with locations in either Stockholm or Copenhagen.

    The XVA desk, within the FICC front office risk management team, is responsible for pricing and risk management of counterparty, funding, and collateral risks related to derivatives across products. The team also optimizes Capital and Balance sheet resources for FICC.

    About the Role:

    1. Price XVAs daily with focus on large / complex trades, collaborating closely with Sales teams.
    2. Enhance pricing and hedging strategies, executing hedge transactions.
    3. Ensure PL and risks are understood and managed within limit frameworks.
    4. Promote projects optimizing financial resources for FICC, together with business stakeholders.
    5. Drive or participate in XVA desk setup development and improvement, with Quants and Technology teams.
    6. Daily interactions with sales and traders.

    To Thrive in This Role, We Believe You Have:

    1. A few years of experience in XVA trading / derivatives trading or similar roles.
    2. A MSc degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
    3. Solid quantitative skills (option pricing).
    4. High integrity and fact-based decision making.
    5. A collaborative mindset.
    6. Ability to take decisions and deliver in dynamic environments.
    7. Good communication skills.
