    About the role

    We are looking for a Commercial Business Controller who will support our Commercial organisation with both strategic and operational tasks.

    You will be part of a new team of 4 Commercial Business Controllers who work together to align and develop financial processes across the newly built Commercial organisation covering three market leading brands – Isover, Gyproc and Weber.

    As a Commercial Business Controller at Saint-Gobain Sweden you will support, coach, and challenge your stakeholders to innovate and develop our way of working. We are on a transformation journey, so you too will be part of many change projects where you will have a supporting and/or leading role.

    Tasks & Responsibility

    • Implement net revenue management practice in the commercial organisation
    • Ensure quality of financial information in both accounting and analytical aspects
    • Build Commercial dashboards and ensure accuracy of performance indicators
    • Regular follow-up and analysis of Sales and Margins
    • Challenge financial performance results, identify issues and proactively initiate analyses, propose solutions
    • Provide active input to pricing strategies
    • Manage and execute reports and ad-hoc analyses for Sales Management, Finance and other key stakeholders
    • Coordination of planning processes (budget, forecast, long-range planning)
    • Key-user for analytical module of entity's ERP and ensure correct design of business flows in the systems
    • Support cost controlling for the respective part of the commercial organisation

    Skills & Experience

    • Master's degree in business economics or similar
    • At least 4 years' experience in a Business Controller role, preferably within Sales or Commercial organisation (FMCG or trading company) and/or from a sales/commercial department, or as management consultant
    • Experience from sales & pricing controlling, contributing to business development and business budgeting processes
    • Highly skilled in Excel and other Office suite applications
    • Familiar with BI systems, be able to collect information, organize it, and present it in a logical and concise form
    • Knowledge in efficient data analysis and planning Experience from ERP systems (SAP)
    • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written (French is a merit)

    You are currently stationed in Sollentuna and will be reporting to Head of Commercial Controlling. The employment will start with a probationary period of six month with the aim to become a permanent employment.
