- Secure a superior experience for the offering in customer processes and touchpoints throughout the customer life cycle and continuous improvements
- Make our offerings ready to launch by securing readiness to buy, deliver, invoice, use and support, based on customer insights and customer journey mapping
- Oversee and monitor service documentation, product performance and customer satisfaction KPI's, business rules harmonization, compliance to business continuity and security frameworks, and product related sustainability aspects
- Identify and address costs that are to be included in the overall cost of the product supporting the our offerings
- Understand how the products are technically implemented (IT systems and technical platforms) and how the production/service delivery process runs
- Take roles in ARTs as Epic owner (At Telia we work with Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe)
- Support with Offering and Product information to Internal training and education of sales and support teams.
- Experience in launch of new products and offerings including set up of sales, manage and support functions and systems
- Experience in creating services and implementing E2E processes with a focus on customer value
- Experienced in participating and driving successful projects in cross functional teams

I'm Peter Sandström and I ́m leading a great team of people that are developing, launching and maintaining products and offerings within our Fixed Network and IT-services area. Our ambition is to always strive to have a high customer satisfaction and that the customer easily could expand their product range with Telia through our offerings.
We are looking to strengthen the team with a Product Manager responsible of our Network Security area, including services such as: Firewalls, DDoS protection, CDN, DNS Premium filtering, as well as Datacenters, Private cloud and Landing zones in our markets.

In this role you are responsible for our existing and upcoming Network and Cyber security services in the Swedish market. Your primary focus will be on securing the Customer Journey and delivering on the roadmap in order to fulfil the business units demands and customer needs.
You will be working in close collaboration with an Offering Manager in your team as well as cross-functionally with different teams in the B2B unit in Telia.
