- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end commercial business processes, from lead generation to revenue recognition (Commercial Excellence).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations and data flow (Commercial Excellence).
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of revenue-related software tools and systems (Commercial Excellence).
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement improvements (Commercial Excellence).
- Support the development of pricing and packaging strategies (Commercial Excellence).
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of sales forecasts, pipeline data, and financial reports (Revenue Operations).
- Analyze and report on key revenue metrics, providing insights to improve performance and decision-making (Revenue Operations).
- Oversee sales territory and compensation plans to drive alignment with revenue objectives (Revenue Operations).
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and regulatory requirements (Revenue Operations).
- Lead a team of revenue operations professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with SaaS revenue models, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with CRM and revenue management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora).
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-driven, with a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.
