    As we continue our growth journey, we are strengthening our marketing team with a Head of Brand & Creative. You will be a part of the Global Marketing Leadership team, a passionate and diverse group of people and you will be reporting to the CMO.

    About the role

    We are looking for a digital-first leader who's passionate equally about strategic brand development and creating distinctive and high-performing campaigns and assets for all paid digital media channels, CRM, web, app and of course offline channels. We are looking for you who wants to take our creatives to the next level when it comes to driving customer acquisition and building the Storytel brand.

    With your experience, you have a clear understanding of how creativity should align with business objectives, striking the right balance between innovation, speed in delivery, level of automation and building the brand. Apart from this, you will also own and continually develop the Storytel Group streaming-related brands, ensuring a cohesive brand architecture and ID that stands out and resonates with our audience across diverse markets and works across all touchpoints, starting from marketing campaigns to product interfaces.

    You will be leading an in-house team of designers and copywriters, working with them hands-on, as a leader and expert in the domain as well you should feel comfortable working closely with creative, design agencies, and freelancers when you think it's required by the scope and business objectives constantly balancing the workload and projects between all available resources and talents to get the best outcome.

    Collaboration will be key — you and your team will work closely with local regions and global functions (including digital marketing, global media, CRM, Digital Growth, Product UX/UI and PR) and multiple markets.

    To be successful in the role we believe that you have:

    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • 5+ years in a relevant marketing position at a marketing department or agency
    • Hands-on experience working in graphic design or video editing as well as tools for example Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Figma etc.
    • Digital-first mindset
    • Experience in a global organizational setup
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

    And for some bonus points

    • Experience in the media streaming industry
