With no approved long-term pharmacological treatments, there's a pressing need for new options. Idorsia has a solution. Haeger & Carlsson is looking for an experienced, forward-looking brand manager skilled in customer engagement and collaboration with healthcare associations. Proficiency in leveraging digital communication channels is essential. Idorsia requires a marketer with a successful track record in primary care commercialization, particularly in product launch strategy in the Swedish and/or Nordic markets. The Senior Brand Manager Nordics role requires adaptability in a dynamic, science-driven environment, providing the chance to influence its direction.     KEY REQUIREMENTS :

    • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. scientific course of studies).
    • Minimum +5 years of relevant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Swedish and/or the Nordic market.
    • A demonstrated track record of successful product launches. Nordic experience an advantage.
    • Analytical skills coupled with creativity and a well-structured working approach.
    • Entrepreneur with a strong drive to make an impact.
    • Independent and creative to find solutions with optimal use of available resources.
    • Excellent planning and project management skills with the willingness to drive projects.
    • Team player; willing to take on responsibilities outside the immediate area of expertise.
    • Documented successful customer facing experience.
    • Strong in communication and presentations.
    • Very good knowledge in Swedish and English. Skills in other Nordic languages preferred.
    • Experience in primary care.
    • Digitally savvy.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • In collaboration with the global and regional team at Idorsia, support the development and implementation of the marketing strategies and launch plans for the Nordic markets.
    • Initializes and evaluates market research, market conditions, and competitor's data, extracting and implementing country-specific insights into the local brand plan.
    • Have the overall responsibility for the communication plan and omnichannel execution to all relevant stakeholders such as HCPs, patients, and the insomnia community.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with regulatory, compliance and legal requirements; co-creates activities and materials with key customers.
    • Build sustainable relationships with thought leaders and professional societies.
    • Work effectively with field-based staff, responsible for training them on strategy, materials and other product-related capabilities as well as providing support for local initiatives.

    The role reports to Commercial and Access Director Nordics.
