    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    Are you looking to develop yourself and your career with a successful and dynamic, international consultancy? Do you thrive on planning, prioritizing, and supporting others? Then you could be our new Management Assistant. This role is a parental cover (12 months).

    The tasks of this role involve providing administrative support for selected stakeholders, mainly Project Leaders in the local office, taking responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule, in the form of:

  • Calendar Management
  • Handling of expenses for Project Leaders on a weekly basis, submitting expenses and send to accounting
  • Travel arrangements, e.g. complicated routes and visa applications
  • Planning of Client workshops
  • Planning of internal events
  • Printing & Binding
  • Catering, courier packages, meeting room reservations etc
  • Cross-functional coordination (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Recruiting as needed)
  • Ad hoc tasks for stakeholders
  • YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Ability to work without supervision and able to prioritize in periods of heavy workload.

  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Preferably 1-2 years' work experience Knowledge
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent Local language/English communication skills (written and oral) Competencies
  • Flexibility as regards both time and tasks

    Our Operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and management assistants, receptionists, facilities staff, and a Business Services Manager who leads the entire Operations Team.
