- Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects in the Site, and in cooperation with other sites involved by same project
- Monitor and Control the conformity on Development processes, based on APQP requirements
- Säkerställa att APQP (Advanced Product Quality Plan) processen genomförs enligt rutin och respekteras.
- Ansvarig för att intern & kund FAI'er genomförs med godkänt resultat samt säkerställ att eventuella uppkomna avvikelser avslutas på ett effektivt sätt med avsedd effekt.
- Säkerställa att Design/Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) samt kontrollplan finns tillgängliga och att Lessons Learnt beaktas för att sänka RPN värden.
- Säkerställa variablerna i projekten inför PVC (Project Validation Committee) samt tillse att nödvändig dokumentation finns tillgänglig.
- Delta vid PVC.
- Ansvara för underhåll & utveckling av kvalitetsspecifika dokument såsom t ex kvalitetsplaner i projekten.
- Tillse att ändringshantering respekteras gällande både ECR/ECO & PCR/PCO inom projekten.
- Bevaka och driva de kvalitetsproblem som uppstår i projekten via WIM.
- Stödja och hjälpa övriga avdelningar med olika kvalitetstekniker och metoder.
- Säkerställ att reglerna för Projekt QRQC efterlevs genom deltagande och support av utvecklingen.
- Vara behjälplig i övergripande kvalitetsfrågor, såsom internrevisioner, ständiga förbättringar, etc.
