- Work closely with the video rights & distribution teams
- Evaluate processes and present solutions to the Head of Video
- Follow established OKR's and work with the Head of Video
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Provide proactive ideas, recommendations and strategies
- Distil platform best practices
- Maximise Short Form Video across all relevant platforms
- Work closely with the label management team
- 3 to 5 years of experience at a label or distributor
- Strong understanding of YouTube's CMS
- Digital rights management experience
- Account management or support experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Professional level of Deutch would be preferred
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the digital music landscape, social media and DSPs
- Structured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time
- Passionate about music, digital marketing and content
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- This position will be based in Amsterdam or Stockholm

Job Description
As a channel manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels on all video distribution aspects. You will advise artists and labels on how to make the most of their video and audio products by applying platform best practice, navigating rights management, and looking at opportunities to increase revenue. You will also be the key support person for all video related questions. A strong understanding of the digital music landscape is key, as well as experience navigating YouTube's CMS and managing accounts.
