This is a new role where you truly can make an impact in shaping the future of integration excellence.

About the role

As Integration Specialist you will be a crucial part in the planning of upcoming integration projects. You will design, develop and deploy integration solutions within the architectural map (guidelines, policies, principles). Your expertise is needed, and you will provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during all the different phases, but also make recommendations on integration products and services. You will be the main driver behind practices such as system integration, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring and automation.

You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team. You report to the Enterprise Architect.

Placement is at Hydroscand's office in Sköndal, Stockholm

As you will be building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization as well as with external vendors, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills. It is important that you have the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. It is also important that you are a great communicator, including writing and documentation.

You are self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement As major change initiatives are ongoing, it is important that you are flexible and like to be part of a fast-paced environment.

You have:

• Experience in enterprise-level application integration
• Technical project management experience
• Experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages

Plus technical experience with:

• Core software applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
• C# and Microsoft SQL Server
• API protocols
