We are a non-hierarchical organization and aim to have a tightly-knit team of exceptional people with different backgrounds and expertise - people who work together and really enjoy doing so.

At Ascend, we work customer centric, which allows us to be flexible and to structure our time in a way that's a fit for both our customers and to achieve balance in life. Our customers primarily work within the greater Stockholm area.

Desired skills and experience

You are a person who knows what it takes to achieve sustainable change and help making real impact over time, and you have passion and experience within one or several of our focus areas:

• Commercial Excellence
• Business Technology
• Business Agile

We are looking for people:

• with 6+ years of experience from management consulting or similar setting
• with tools and passion for supporting our clients on their transformation journey
• who would love to work in an entrepreneurial setting and help develop Ascend
• with an inclusive mindset and great leadership skills
• who enjoy co-creating in teams, with both colleagues and clients
• who believe in fun as a competitive advantage
• who are fluent in Swedish and English and live in the Stockholm area
