- Finding, recruiting, and onboarding new partners.
- Account management and pipeline follow-up with partners.
- Coordinate technical and sales training for partners.
- Coordinate partner marketing activities and events with our Marketing Team.
- Coordinate specific sales processes with our Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Solution Specialists.
- Arrange recurring meetings with key/strategic partners.
- Develop and improve partnership strategies and processes together with our CRO and Sales Directors.
- Previous experience from a similar position and understanding of sales through a partner (the channel).
- A proven ability to exceed targets using a sales methodology and can articulate how you have ensured your own success.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, computers, virtual servers, cloud platforms, SaaS, etc.) and cyber security to be able to understand the partner and end-customer needs.

- You can keep up a high level of activity and momentum over a long period of time.
- You can coordinate and keep a structure with multiple ongoing processes at once.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Building fruitful partnerships
As a Partner (Channel) Manager, you will establish and develop long-term partnership relations globally in collaboration with our Sales and Marketing Teams. The partners are distributors and resellers. The resellers are mainly Value-Added Partners (traditional resellers), and MSSPs.
