    About the role
    As the Accounting manager, you will assume responsibility for all financial aspects within the Swedish Holding team at our Landskrona office. Reporting to the SE Holding Finance Manager, you will oversee finance operations, ensuring compliance with statutory accounting, tax, and legal regulations. Your role will also involve Group reporting, forecasting, budgeting, process improvements, and business controlling. Additionally, you will serve as the system owner of financial-related IT systems.

    As a Accounting Manager your major responsibilities includes:


    • Lead the accounting operations and oversee outsourced finance activities.

    • Ensure full statutory accounting, tax, and legal compliance, liaising with internal and external auditors and preparing audit materials

    • Prepare Annual Accounts and reports in accordance with local GAAP rules (K3)

    • Handle local tax issues, including VAT, tax returns, transfer price documentation, invoicing, and settlement

    • Conduct Group reporting in HFM, following the IFRS rules

    • Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes, both internally and in HFM.

    • Implement and comply with the Internal Control framework (RACM), acting as a gatekeeper

    • Drive continuous process improvements in Finance and relevant areas

    • Perform business controlling with accurate KPIs, effectively communicating business performance to stakeholders

    • Act as the system owner of financial-related IT systems, including ERP, Excel, and other tools

    • Lead the implementation of the companys Compliance Programs in the local entity

    The role as Accounting Manager is a consultant assignment during may february 2025. You will work in Landskrona and Malmö.

    About you
    As a person, you should have a great leadership and communication skills. Also, you should have problem-solving skills and have the drive to meet deadlines and objectives as well as a structured working approach.

    Important for the role:


    • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar field. Alternatively, a good background experience in finance.

    • Fluent in both Swedish and English.

    • Experienced user of ERP systems, group consolidation systems, Excel, and other financial tools.

    • 5+ years ́ experience from a similar role.
