As such, we are seeking talented engineers who share our passion and want to be a part of this exciting journey. Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with a talented team dedicated to experimentation and innovation.
    • Build cutting-edge solutions using AI and automation.
    • Own an internal system that supports Klarnauts at all levels, up to CXOs in their daily work.
    • Explore new domains and opportunities within Klarna after a few months of working in the People AI.
    Technical Skills
    • Backend Engineering experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Python.
    • Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS (Serverless, Lambda, Redshift, S3, EC2, PostgreSQL, etc.).
    • Good knowledge of Python 3 basics.
    • Experience working with at least one Python Web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.
    • Experience of working with REST APIs, web sockets and integrations with third-party systems.
    • Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development), Unit tests, Integration tests, etc.
    • Good knowledge of SQL.
    • Experience working with Docker.
    • CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
    • Observability and Monitoring tools (Datadog).
    Soft Skills
    • Working proficiency in English.
    • Great communication and problem-solving abilities across competences.
    • Self-driven, proactive and curious in mindset.
    • Stakeholder management will be a big part of your day-to-day work.
    • Possesses the ability to act independently, coupled with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
    • Regular involvement in code reviews, pair-programming, design/architecture discussions within the team and domain.
    • Willingness to adapt, learn and own the solutions and innovations needed.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and move between different tech stacks
    • Mentor junior engineers.
