emagine is looking for a Delivery Specialist with 2-3 years of work experience.
Start:
1st of April
Length:
31st of December with possible extension
Location:
Hybrid in Uppsala (2-3 days on-site per week is required)
Description Of Role/assignment
- Responsible for planning and coordinating implementations
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage cases and document deliveries as well as working procedures in our ticketing system
- Work with a solid understanding of our delivery support systems
- Responsible for procuring necessary access circuits
Required Skills Of The Consultant
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Has experience in administrative and coordination work
- Has a genuine interest in technology
- Is highly comfortable communicating with customers
- Is highly proficient in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, as required for the role
It is considered a merit, but not a requirement, if you have:
- Previous experience as a Delivery Coordinator within the telecom industry
- Other relevant experience related to telecommunications
- Experience in procurement
- Experience in logistics
- Most importantly, the right personality
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and humble. You enjoy social interaction and have strong communication skills. Furthermore, you take initiative and are not afraid to ask questions to move your work forward. As you will be working in a team, it is also important that you have strong collaborative skills.
