Beskrivning
This is what w e want the consultant to do:you should be able to work in payroll system Adga from day one
You will support team members in their daily work.
The consultant will actively engage in performing payroll specialist duties.
This may include tasks such as processing payroll calculating wages and deductions verifying accuracy of data preparing payroll reports addressing payroll discrepancies and staying updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Your main tasks will include:Ensure the delivery of monthly payroll and other services in accordance with SLA
Support the team consisting of five skilled payroll specialists
Monitor and implement changes in laws and agreements ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations
Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders and disseminate knowledge about the payroll offices work
Essential requirements:
Academic or postsecondary education
5 years of experience in qualified payroll work
Interest in system issues (IT) and digitization
Experience with our payroll system Agda Its a must
Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English both spoken and written
