We are growing internationally at speed and driving an aggressive expansion, now we're looking for you to help shape the next phase.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the B2B Customer Service function with a focus on quality, speed, and clear ownership.
- Build processes, routines, and ways of working that scale with aggressive international growth.
- Acknowledge efficient order and case management for B2B customers: order flows, delivery topics claims returns credits as well as act between Sales Operations/Logistics Finance to create frictionless workflows.
