- I rollen som Delivery Consultant hanterar och ansvarar du för beställningar från säljavdelningen till våra kunder inom våra marknads-, information- och kredittjänster.
- Du kommer att ingå i ett team på 14 personer och huvuduppgiften är att tillsammans med de andra i teamet hantera dagliga uppgifter såsom kvalitativa leveranser inom fastställd servicenivåavtal, stötta kund vid implementationer och besvara leveransspecifika frågeställningar.
- Du kommer också att medverka som specialist i kundprojekt och driva egna interna förbättringsprojekt.
- Att interagera med kunderna på ett professionellt och kundfokuserat sätt.
- Vara ansvarig gentemot kunder under hela livscykeln för ett leveransprojekt genom att leverera produkter & tjänster enligt kundavtal med kvalitet och på ett säkert sätt.
- Upprätthålla och utveckla en hög kunskapsnivå i gränslandet mellan data, produkt och kund.
- Ta ansvar för en del av teamets sätt att arbeta, planera, fördela och utföra kunduppdrag samt stötta och supportera teammedlemmaroch övriga delar inom organisationen.
- Aktivt bidra till förbättring av processer, rutiner och din egna kompetensutveckling.
