    Job Description

    Do you want to take part in an exciting expansion journey at H&M? Distribution center in Borås is now recruiting to meet our future needs.
    Our Distribution Center in Borås consists of more than 900 committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our online customers across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Perform preventive, reactive and emergency maintenance of our equipment.
    • Improvement work, repairs and modifications.
    • Be helpful with installation work, plan maintenance and savings measures.
    • Stay connected with production to ensure that the right priorities are made.
    • Compile accident reports and shift logs that can affect results, equipment and maintenance.
    • Follow health, environmental and safety directives.
    Qualifications

    What you need to succeed:

    To be successful as a Maintenance Technician at H&M, we believe that you:

    • Are flexible and independent.
    • Have a distinct problem-solving ability.
    • Have at least upper secondary education.
    • Have knowledge in mechanics, electronics and automation (work experience in at least one of these areas is required).
    • Experience in automated logistics and warehouse solution is meritorious.
    • You master MS Office well.
    • Fluent in Swedish and English language, both verbal and written.
    Additional Information

    This is a full-time position. Working hours are shifts. The location is based in Borås and is part of the Logistic Region Europe. As a Maintenance Technician, you report directly to Maintenance Team Leader. Access by agreement. This is an ongoing recruitment process and the positions might be filled before last application date.
