    • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform

    Requirements

    Support the client in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose IAM (Identity and Access Management) capabilities aligned with previously identified business and technical needs. Key focus areas include:
    • Securing service-to-service communication within a microservices architecture
    • Managing administrative access across the ecosystem
    • Enabling secure change management and CI/CD processes from an IAM perspective
    • Implementing IAM solutions for customers and partners
    • Integrating new authentication methods and leveraging existing ones using modern protocols
    • Collaborating with and consuming IAM services on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform
    Mandatory Requirements (must be clearly reflected in the CV):
    • Extensive experience and strong technical expertise within the IAM domain
    • Broad hands-on experience across the IAM focus areas outlined above
    • Solid knowledge of modern IAM standards and protocols, including OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, eBPF, and SPIFFE
    • Strong experience with the open-source Janssen IAM Platform
    • Practical experience with GitHub, Rancher (Kubernetes), Cilium, and PostgreSQL
    • Proven ability to define IAM capability requirements, including governance, administrative, and operational procedures
    • Several years of hands-on experience in Java development
    • Deep expertise in establishing both technical IAM capabilities and administrative lifecycle management processes for identities and access attributes, ensuring proper governance and sustainable platform operations
    Desirable (Value-Added) Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting organizations in IAM transformation initiatives similar in scope and complexity
    • Strong understanding of IAM services offered by leading cloud platforms and experience integrating or coexisting with non-cloud-based IAM solutions
