- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer/software engineering or related field.
- 8+ years' experience in embedded software and system deployment for complex multiprocessor systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, with a focus on code refactoring and system design.
- Expertise in automotive software concept definition and deployment.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux in the automotive domain, and familiarity with ASPICE and ISO26262.
- Strong grasp of requirements management, software modeling, and development tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
- Eliciting, analyzing, and coordinating software requirements with stakeholders.
- Developing, analyzing, and maintaining software for the VME team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with the development team to review technical designs and ensure adherence to committed estimates.
- Identifying root causes of past bugs and implementing preventative measures in software architecture.
- Defining concept approaches and optimizing existing concepts for automotive applications.
- Establishing and enforcing coding standards through regular code reviews and software testing.
- Modeling software for automotive devices using Simulink, ensuring traceability.
- Profiling, analyzing, and optimizing software performance.
- Demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
