About the Company

Cellcolabs is a biotech impact start-up on a mission to use advanced cell therapies to improve healthcare as we know it. Through efficient large-scale production of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC ́s) we speed up both the clinical development and use of advanced cell treatments, contributing to better global health. Cellcolabs is located at Karolinska Institutet Science Park at Campus Solna and builds on the findings and clinical experience from more than 20 years of stem cell research at Karolinska Institutet.

Today, global production of MSC is almost only done for research purposes or in University Hospital laboratories. Cellcolabs mission is to drive availability of MSC ́s by lowering the price of MSC ́s for research and clinical use in the future – democratizing accessibility to life changing treatments.

Take the opportunity and join Cellcolabs rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals. We are now looking for a Clinical Advisor to be our key point of contact with study participants.

We believe you have a medical background and a passion for people, communication and making a difference in society.

As Clinical Advisor you will organize participation in clinical trials and treatments across the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication with international study participants.
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews and meetings to understand study participants evolving needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships within our universe of touchpoints.
• Execute on and improve a comprehensive toolkit for study participants in collaboration with other departments and partners.
• At the back of exceptional service, ensure timely and relevant filing.
• Work closely with the senior management, marketing and medical teams.
• Provide insights and feedback from interactions to facilitate service improvements.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or a minimum of 2 years of medical studies.
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and either German, French, Spanish or Arabic.
  
• 5yr+ work experience.
  
• (Meriting) Domain experience from healthcare, wellness or high-end hospitality.
