Role:

• Provide one single truth of data providing opportunities for enhanced collaboration
• Provide a total overview of all relevant configuration items (CI) assets and their relationships.
• An overview of how the IT landscape is connected.
• Increased possibilities to identify risks and improvements.
• Increased possibilities to support the different processes in ITSM with informative information that will limit manual work.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelors degree in project management business management or related area of study.
• 57 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope timelines profitability and effective delivery of products or services.
• Experience in managing delivery of customerfacing and internally facing products or services.
• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industrystandard word processing spreadsheet and presentation software programs.
• Experience from large global IT Infrastructure environments.
