Right now, we are looking for a customer delivery Project Manager who will work close with our customers to help them to get the best possible solution for seamless customer meetings and smart conversations using our CCaaS platform Telia ACE. Our goal is that the value of our delivery should make our clients heroes within their organization We strive for long and developing customer relationships. We are the market makers in Sweden offering CCaaS solutions to some of the largest organizations and businesses in Sweden and the Nordics.

My name is Anette Bornäs and I lead a great team of project managers and business consultants responsible for our most important corporate customers. I am right now looking for a new member to join my team, in Solna or Uppsala, to support current customers as well as coming business cases.
Is this you?
You will work as a consultant and mostly charge your time. It is therefore important that you enjoy working close to customers and have the necessary driving force required in the role of consultant.
As a person you are curious and take responsibility for learning new technology areas. You have a strong sense of business and a professional attitude to your work. You are driven by helping your client get the best possible exchange of investment in their solutions and services for the customer meeting. A good day at work is when you have helped meet customer needs and created customer benefits.
You will communicate with many stakeholders both externally and internally. Therefore, unrestricted communication in Swedish and English is required both in speech and in writing.
