- Lead end-to-end implementation of the PLM system, from planning to execution.
- Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through PLM integration.
- Evaluate PLM capabilities for Configure-to-Order (CTO) requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design PLM solutions that align with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for PLM configurations and workflows
- Conduct training sessions for end-users during the transition to the new PLM environment.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Possess domain expertise and proven experience in successfully implementing PLM systems like Teamcenter (preferably), Aras, Arena, PTC etc.
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering involving 3D modelling seen as preferrable
- Strong understanding of Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes and customization within a PLM framework.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Hitachi Energy standards and practices is beneficial.
- As you will be working in a global, multicultural environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike, is required. Other languages are a merit.
