The Role:

In this pioneering role, you will be at the forefront of product development, blending the responsibilities of a Product Owner and QA Engineer. This unique combination not only offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth but also positions you as a critical player in our team's and our product's success.

As a key member of our Product team, you will own product milestones and quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle and development cycle, combining the responsibilities of a Product Owner and a QA Engineer.

This unique position requires a blend of value creation, creative thinking, technical understanding, structured testing expertise, and organizational skills. You will lead your own product stream and ensure our product delivers increased value over time and meets client and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and facilitate informed and updated development throughout the development cycle
• Plan and write inspiring and informative Epics, User Stories, and Deliverables
• Develop and execute structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts in alignment with project requirements.
• Facilitate resource planning and team coordination to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs and issues.
• Continuously document, track, and communicate testing progress and status updates.
• Lead regression testing to confirm resolved issues and maintain product quality.
• Participate in technical discussions, with a strong understanding of APIs, server-client interactions, and 3D environment development (particularly in Unreal Engine).
• Ensure the product adheres to privacy and security standards relevant to enterprise SaaS applications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in either Product Ownership or QA Engineering, preferably in a relevant tech or software development environment.
• Proven track record in product management and delivery in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Familiarity with 3D game engines, particularly Unreal Engine.
• Good understanding of structured testing, test script creation, and bug tracking/reporting.
• Experience using Git version control for testing purposes.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
