Join us as a Structured Finance Analyst at Nordisk Renting

• Joining a team based across Helsinki and Stockholm, you'll develop your career and enhance your finance expertise in Nordisk Renting's vibrate structured real estate financing business
• You'll be exposed to our interesting, large corporate and public sector customers and real estate financing and acquisitions from a very early stage, playing an important role in our client and transaction teams from day one
• This is an opportunity to build an excellent network of relationships in an international environment, within our business and beyond, including large corporate and public sector clients, real estate professionals, advisers and other stakeholders
• We're offering this role for an initial period of 18 months

What you'll do

As a Structured Finance Analyst, you'll be joining our Nordisk Renting business that offers structured asset financing to our large corporate and public sector entity customers by acquiring and leasing commercial properties and infrastructure in the Nordic region.

You'll be working with our Origination team supporting real estate and new client acquisitions from early analysis to deal closure. You'll also ensure a seamless delivery of financing solutions and provide support to our significant portfolio of existing customers.

We'll look to you to support the team through financial modelling and analysis and contribute to the effective risk and relationship management of our portfolio of customers and real estate assets.

Your role will also involve:

• Being part of client and project teams, supporting to drive additional value from new and existing client relationships
• Providing analytical research and financial modelling
• Assisting in the day-to-day management of the service proposition to new and existing clients
• Supporting the team with post deal handover for existing and new business
• Providing insight and trend data to help shape the new business agenda
• Contributing to internal decision making processes including credit assessment and scenario analysis
• Preparing and presenting internal and external material, including customer proposals

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in business, finance, and real estate. You'll also have a curious mind and a proactive approach, along with the ability to solve complex problems.

You'll also demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Swedish and English language skills
• Strong analytical skills including problem solving, financial modelling and using Excel
• Excellent relationship management skills
• The ability to take ownership and to drive projects together with the team
